The Kāhuli Recycled Tote Bag celebrates the beauty and rich diversity of Hawaiian land snails. Made from 100% recycled materials. Folds into packable pocket.
Kāhuli (Hawaiian land snails) are some of the rarest creatures on Earth. Once common throughout the Hawaiian Islands, less than half of the original 750+ species remain today. This print aims to raise awareness of kāhuli and advocate for their protection. Made in collaboration with artist Kim Sielbeck, this print showcases nine endemic species that each represent their home island: Hiona pilsbryi (Kauaʻi), Laminella sanguinea (Oʻahu), Lyropupa striatula (Maui), Succinea konaensis (Hawaiʻi), Newcombia canaliculata (Molokaʻi), Partulina variabilis (Lānaʻi), Carelia sinclairi (Niʻihau), Pleuropoma laciniosa kahoolawensis (Kahoʻolawe), and Endodonta christenseni (Nihoa).
Ships within 1-4 business days. Delivery with USPS takes 2-7 business days.
Free size exchanges.
