Frequently Asked Questions
Returns and Exchanges
Please note that all returns are processed as store credit. For exchanges, items will need to be returned for store credit and a new order will need to be placed. We only accept return items in unworn, unwashed, and unused condition. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of package delivery. Please email aloha@laulima.store with your order number and request to process a return.
Shipping
We ship anywhere throughout Hawaiʻi and within the US.
We can also ship internationally. If you order does not process on the shop for an international shipment, it is likely that we cannot ship to your country. Please contact us if you run into this issue.
Please also allow us 2-4 days to get your order packed up. Once shipped, local shipping (within Hawaiʻi) usually only takes 2-3 business days with USPS.
For US mainland orders, shipping usually takes 3-6 business days.
Shipping time for international orders varies. We have found that international packages often take 3-4 weeks for delivery.
We will try our best to figure out what happened, but unfortunately we are no longer in control of your package once we drop it off with USPS. Here are some things you can do to try to get your package in hand:
- Check with neighbors and household members to see if they received your package
- Check with your postal delivery person and let them know the situation
- Wait a few days (sometimes things show up late!)
If you can still not locate your package after following these steps, then you can file a claim with Route if you purchased Route package protection at checkout (please contact Route through your order confirmation email). If you did not purchase Route, then please file a claim with USPS.
